Activities involving horses can on rare occasions be hazardous. Please ensure you complete a Voluntary Release of Liability Form prior to attending a horse clinic.

Fundamentals of Horsemanship: Introduction Course (2 days) In this course, you will learn more about the language of horses and their natural willingness to follow and offer. Adam will teach you how to build a solid foundation through groundwork and how to transfer these principles into ridden work. He will help you become more aware of the subtleties of feel and explain the importance of timing and balance. Overall, when you leave the clinic, you will have developed better passive leadership skills, have a understanding of how to synchronize with your horse and what is necessary to influence, encourage and release their manoeuvres. Price £175.00 - includes spectating at demonstration + 1 guest. Lunch and refreshments. Additional costs for stabling may apply.

Communication and Riding (3 days) This course is a deepening of ‘Fundamentals of Horsemanship’. During this course you will develop more awareness, empathy and understanding. Horse use body language and feel to communicate with each other. In this course, you will be taught how to use this language effectively from the ground and in the saddle. This will help enhance the relationship with your horse and bring about new levels of riding success. You can expect to experience on horseback the importance of trust, timing and balance. Horsemanship Through Feel: Complete Programme (1 week) This week of training involves total immersion in horses and their natural behaviour. Anything is possible, and everything within the 2 and 3 day programmes will be covered. Incorporated within this week are classroom sessions for personal development. These sessions are designed to enhance your confidence, awareness and observational skills to support your communication with horses. You will learn how to build a relationship with a horse based on trust, respect and understanding. We will explore ways of setting a solid foundation and how to become a natural leader through daily interactions and groundwork. Adam will teach you how to preserve natural collection, responsiveness and lightness in horses and help you refine your skills on how to influence, encourage and release their manoeuvers.
