He combines ancient wisdom and other modern practices to support your journey—blending creative expression through art, music and writing, meditation, prayer, dance, and deep nature immersion, complimented by a kitchen that serves nourishing/tasty plant-based cuisine.
ALIGNMENT
Once you have settled into the beautiful surroundings of Portugal by Horse and the safe container that it offers you will begin your journey to meet a true reflection of yourself. This holistic retreat is experiential learning and highly specialised in combining spirituality and psychology. The foundation is your time spent with our horses, who will act as your companion and coach. During your interactions, they will offer you a mirror of reflection to your pre-programmed mental, emotional, and physical aspects. Adam, a specialised in horse behaviour and spiritual mentor will help you interpret the reflections and support you to re-align them with your innate nature and your true spiritual self, so that you can live life more freely from the heart space of who you truly are.

The main intention of this retreat is to heal and transform the mental, emotional and physical blocks that are limiting you from being the truest most masculine version of yourself. Where you as a man can be a boy, and your inner boy learns how to be a man! The compelling energy of our horses will push you out of your comfort zone whilst Adam supports you as you gain profound insights into your thought patterns and help you align your emotional reactions and behavioural responses.

Your very essence and quality of life is based upon the relationship you have with yourself and how you relate with others. They will be your companion and coach during your interactions, and will offer you an honest, non-judgemental mirror of reflection to any limiting mental, emotional, physical and spiritual blocks that are effecting the deepening of intimacy within yourself and your relationships.
