Service Description
During the consultation a safe environment is created to support you with the issues and struggles that you are currently experiencing. Adam believe's that it is important to work with what's near the surface and support you as you gradually journey deeper into yourself to find the root cause and driving force behind your mental and emotional reactions and responses. Prior to the consultation you will be required to fill out a questionnaire so that Adam has some back ground information about you. The intention of the consultation is to establish a starting point and create a program that is suitable to your individual requirements.
