Once you have settled into the beautiful surroundings of Amara Valley and the safe container that it offers you will begin your journey to meet a true reflection of yourself. This holistic retreat is experiential learning and highly specialised in combining spirituality and psychology. The foundation is your time spent with our horses, who will act as your companion and coach. During your interactions, they will offer you a mirror of reflection to your pre-programmed mental, emotional, and physical aspects. Adam, a specialised in horse behaviour and spiritual mentor will help you interpret the reflections and support you to re-align them with your innate nature and your true spiritual self, so that you can live life more freely from the heart space of who you truly are.
